I've always been fascinated by what makes a life flourish, especially after life's storms, trials, challenges and unexpected plot twists.

Not a perfect life. I've never met one of those!

I've written books, created courses, spoken to audiences and coached women around something that endlessly fascinates me: relationships.

Parenting. Partnerships. Friendships. Family. Community. And perhaps the most important relationship of all.... the one we have with ourselves.

Because sooner or later, life asks some pretty interesting questions:

Who are you now?
What do you want now?
What are you ready to leave behind?
What are you ready to begin?
And what might still be waiting for you?

Sometimes all we have is a flicker. A restlessness. A curiosity. A sense that something inside us wants to come alive again.

I help women navigate transitions, and relationships, pursue dreams and resurrect possibility.

Together, we pull at the threads. We look at what you've lived, the patters and beliefs that might be holding you back, what you've learned, what you've outgrown, what lights you up, what keeps calling your attention—and what you might want your life to look and feel like now.
